We stock a limited number of sheets, with varying quality and quantity. We have types of steel and aluminum sheets. Of course, according to the customers’ request, we can obtain a variety of materials based on prior agreement.

Planning-cutting

Seeing as every project requires individual planning, we have the possibility to work with simpler drawings. We use our three machines to their full capacity to complete orders as quickly as possible.

Delivering

We can undertake delivery through our delivery partners, either a courier service or a unique delivery. This measure needs to be discussed in advance.

Below you will find answers to the most asked questions. In case we haven’t answered your question here, you can send us a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is it possible to cut a single piece?

Yes, it is also possible to cut out just 1 part.

 

What thickness can we cut?

The distance between the work table and the cutting head is max. 200 mm, this determines the maximum thickness of the cuttable material. This does not mean that we can cut all materials up to this thickness. Additionally, as the thickness of the material increases, the quality of the cutting surface can significantly deteriorate.

Is it possible to cut (bite) into the material at a specified depth?

Not at an even, adjustable depth. Markings can be created on metal surfaces in, with a technique similar to engraving, but they are for industrial use only.

 

Can skew be eliminated?

Yes, but this has strict basic quality criteria, which in any case requires consultation.

 

Is it possible to stack and cut several sheets simultaneously?

In theory yes, in practice however it is not recommended. The efficiency of the water jet is significantly reduced at each layer boundary.

(Example: Cutting 5 separate discs at 1mm each will take less time than cutting 5 layers at once, especially if you want a similar surface finish for all layers)

Can hardened glass be cut?

Unfortunately, no. Tempered glass is highly susceptible to breakage.

Can wood-based materials be cut?

Plywood can be cut in good quality

In the case of an MDF sheet, the answer is ambiguous because it depends on the quality of the raw material.

We do not recommend cutting natural wood. Its texture and build are very heterogenous, making it a challenge to cut. An additional issue is that it will soak up a considerable amount of water during the cutting, which can cause cracks while the material dries.

What material and material quality can we provide?

We stock a limited number of sheets, with varying quality and quantity. We have types of steel (S235, S355 and KO33, KO38) and aluminum sheets (AlMg3, AlMg4,5Mn0,7, AlMgSi1). Of course, according to the customers’ request, we can obtain a variety of materials, based on prior agreement.

What are the standard thickness sizes for sheet material?

1-1,5-2-2,5-3-4-5-6-8-10-12-15-(16)-(18)-20-(22)-25-30 -35-40…. mm We cannot change the thickness of the sheets sold by the manufacturers.

How big is the cutting table?

The maximum size is 2000*6000 mm.

Is there the possibility for delivery?

We can undertake delivery through our delivery partners, either a courier service or a unique delivery. The delivery fee will be billed to our customers after prior arrangement.

Is it possible to pay by card?

Card payment is not possible. You can pay cash, make a pre-payment and we can offer an 8-day payment deadline to partners who receive a rating of at least 60% according to the rating page we use. Payments for 100.000 Ft or more will be discussed on an individual basis beforehand.

What file format can we receive a drawing in?

Ideally, we need a vector file. If that is not possible, we can also receive documents in different formats, however we will charge a free for preparation, conversion and adaptation into a workable file.

The most important is that all sizes must be contained in the drawing for us to be able to work with it. If no pattern or drawing exists so far, then continuous consultation will be necessary during the design period.

      Our story

      Construction on the Milan Cathedral began in the 14th and ended in the 19th century. Upon entering you are greeted by marble art from all sides. Looking down at your feet you can marvel at the intricately carved and inlaid paving. Since constructions at the time easily spanned decades, it was perfectly normal for stone cutters and coaters to work long years creating and cutting those unique designs and patterns.
